    Transaction Date: 6/30/23 Amount Charged: $80.00 Business Agreed to Provide: Medical Massage Nature of Dispute: Merchant failed to provide itemized statement for the service provided listing Medical Massage as service rendered. It was agreed during telephone conversation, prior to scheduling the appointment, that an itemized receipt, specifically listing Medical Massage, will be provided after the service.Massage Envy did not follow through with my initial request. They only provided a general receipt showing the service as a "Custom Session." The business insisted they performed the Medical Massage, but there is no proof in the itemized receipt that they specifically performed a Medical Massage. They did not attempt to resolve my problem. I am requesting for a full refund since Massage Envy failed to provide the service that I specifically requested. Based on the receipt, the service provided was not the service discussed and agreed, prior to scheduling the appointment.The transaction number on the receipt from the appointment is *************.

    This was the worse experience I have ever had. It was our continued experience that services were lacking. Appointments were cancelled without us being informed where we would show up and then find out our appointment had been cancelled. We have experienced being told our regular masseuses were not available and other masseuses were recommended for which we accepted only to find out upon arrival that the masseuses were not able to give us the services we requested. Due to our work schedules, we require late afternoon or weekend appointments. Over the last 12 months, these times have been fewer and far between to absolutely no availability, therefore we have been unable to use our hours of credits. Upon cancellation we were only given 60 days to use up our credits and due to unavailability of masseuses the time expired and we were given no recourse but to lose over $160 worth of massage credit because of this policy and their lack of flexibility is totally unprofessional.
