We hired MM Granite to complete the kitchen and bathroom countertop installation in our house in Granite Bay. We paid them a $1,000 deposit. There have been several issues with unmet timelines and the lack of quality work. They have damaged property and refused to accept responsibility for their actions or make modifications to their prices. I will attach photos of the damage done to my home. I am and have been willing to let that go and have literally begged for them to finish the job. I have kept every text message sent between us for evidence. Yesterday they "finished" the project but in fact left plywood showing where they said they would not. I was still willing to pay them the full amount just to be done with them and have contacted another fabricator to fix their poor craftmanship. This morning my husband realized they took the remainder of our granite from our backyard. I have asked them to return it before making the final payment and they are refusing. We need our material back in order to complete the job they did not finish. I am at a loss of what else to do and am asking BBB to assist in the recovery of our materials.
