      Car was impounded on April 4th 30days from then was may4th a weekend by this time the owner had put a lean on the car and sold it before this Monday the 6th and said that the 30 day hold had been up for 5 days since last Friday April 3rd. I feel wronged by not having been even mailed or contacted by the company and want either my car back or a replacement vehicle as well as audio system that was worth 2k. by Monday the 6th of April I had insurance on the car and needed to wait a day for it to go through and show up today april7th I had the money and everything was a go to pick my vehicle up.

      My car was towed to central valley tow yard by sheriff. I been getting the run around at the dmv for over a week. I kept calling to let them know what i am doing and how its going because i for **** sure want my car back. Sadly i could not get the money which was over $2000 in all. I did not get any notice or nothing in the mail or phone call from them. I came in one day demanding my car they said no and it will be auctioned off on oct 21. I said no thats my personal property further more ask the sheriff for the money hes the one who called you guys not me. I never needed their service the sheriff did. How can you get rid of my property without my due process. I didnt even have my day in court yet and they are already saying im guilty. i come in on the 21st only to hear my cars been sold! sold for $600 and they are asking me for thousands!? i said i would have bought it for $600 and was told they would not sell it to me....not sell me my own car. wtf? give it away for $600 but charge me thousands which i dont have.......i have a right to due process. i have property rights as well that have been violated. cruel evil people. thats theft. my car has been fully paid off i have no liens or owe anyone. absolute theft.********** Vehicle Code Sec. ***************************************** governmental agency, or any person acting on behalf of those entities, shall not refuse to release a vehicle or other collateral to anyone that is legally entitled to that vehicle or other collateral.       I had left my car in a parking spot where is not designated for any pacific consumer to Park, I left my car in my spot because someone was parked in my actual assigned parking spot in my apartments in yall decided to take my car even when there was a note referring to my *********** contact to get a hold of me of my car if there was an issue with it being in the position it was at Central valley towing are very unreasonable and selfish to take a car that was never bring upon nobodies attention from any apartment, business, or any individual person
