The guy showing the used cars for sale is rude and made threats to my husband with my 2 yr old daughter insinuating (grabbing a bag from his car) like he had a gun after we left the establishment! This is reckless behavior and uncalled for all ** we was asking questions about a car that we seen from the freeway and when arriving to the facility they stated its not for sale ok cool then the male showing said oh no even when it come available thats going in my garage. The male showing the for sale vehicle made threats even after us leaving. I understand tbe type of business they are in but you can not treat everyone like that!LJ's Towing Response

To Whom it may ***************** response to Customer Review #****** and the erroneous review left by them, on this day a couple showed up at our law enforcement Impound lot wanting to look at a car in the yard to buy. The car they was referring to was not for sale and in fact it was on a law enforcement impound. It was explain very well that they could not look at that car but if they wanted to look in the sale lot for a car they could. With that understanding in mind they was escorted to to the sale lot, while being escorted the gentleman veered off to our impound lot heading for the car that he was inquiring about. He was stopped and became demanding and persistent that he wanted to look at this certain car. At this time for the safety of our impound lot our staff escorted the couple back to the office with no physical contact where they was told they could not look at any cars for they refused to follow the rules that was set forth.
If they was here to look for a car to buy then why was they so obsessed with this certain car, simple look at the cars in the for sale lot and leave or buy a car and not make a big issue over a car that wasn't for sale
Thank **************

Extremely unprofessional company'! and straight thieves!!!! My18 yr old daughter bought a used car today from them. They sold her a . When driving home, the car started acting up. There were calls made to attempt to return the car and they were being extremely shady, had a rude attitude, and hung up on my husband. Then I called and told them there is nothing on the paper that states the car is sold as is and cannot be returned. especially since it literally was just bought. The dude that answered acted like I was wasting his time, had an attitude and then lied and tried to say it did say that, and I said "where"? This dude says "I don't know, I don't work in that department" so if you don't work in that department how do you know that's what the paperwork says? Then the idiot, yup called him an idiot hangs up on me. Then I call back and a female answers. She got an attitude too like they paying her $100 an hour to be a real you know what! DO NOT GO HERE! EVER!!!!! shady as hell! Unprofessional, thieves, poor excuse for a business.Review from Jen T

The cops had my boyfriend's car towed after he had a minor wreck incident and I wanted to get my stuff out of his car; but thanks to the extremely rude and unhelpful female employee that I talked to who called me "dude" like I was one of her friends and not a customer of the business she's representing, I can't do that. My dad who used to be involved in legal work told me that it's illegal for them to do that since my boyfriend had all of his paperwork. They told me that it had to be registered and smogged but how can he go get it smogged in order to get it registered if it's in the tow yard...I don't even care about the car and my boyfriend is probably just going to take the loss anyway because it's not worth dealing with this or paying the ungodly fees. I just wanted to get a couple things out that were in his car when he wrecked it and that's it. It's not fair that I couldn't have possibly known my stuff was going to get taken from me by a freaking tow yard and not let me get it back. I obviously would have taken my stuff out of his car if I knew that but it's not possible to predict the future so why on earth am I being held accountable for not knowing he would crash? This place is ridiculous and I'm going to try calling again to hopefully talk to someone who doesn't refer to me as dude and hangs up on me after telling me there's nothing she can do about it.I literally just want to obtian my personal possessions from his vehicle. I don't care if I have to go to exactly where it is in the tow yard I just want to come get my things before they're gone forever. Some of my sons toys and our clothes are in there as well as some other possessions that I can't afford to repurchase and things that can't be replaced. There's only probably like 10 things or less and yet they want me, a person who doesn't even own the car or have any claim to it, to have to pay the fees and everything. My boyfriend doesn't even want to go because it makes him so ***et and angry and now I not only have to convince him to come with me to show his paperwork, I have to convince the company to even care about the paperwork/my predicament. Can someone from this company just let me come get my stuff and oh yeah our HOUSE KEY would be nice! They've literally had his keyring for weeks now and I can't even go get the rest of our keys off of the keychain. Luckily our new apartment managers were here the other day and could finally give us a new mail key. I had been waiting weeks for a card of mine to come in the mail and yet when it got here there was nothing I could do about it for days until the managers came around after we were forced to request a new mail key. That's the real definition of not being able to do anything about it. The girl I talked to on the phone from this place about a week ago saying that there is "nothing we can do about that" is just being insensitive and unhelpful on purpose because she could have absolutely helped me. I don't know how or if it's even legal for her to not help me in this situation.I know this is a lot but I'm just so frustrated and I want the higher *** of this company to know that this one single employee literally tainted my entire experience and opinion of their business. I would be a lot less ***et if she hadn't been calling me dude and talking to me in a very disrespectful way. Can't try to reason with someone who decides to just hang up on me mid-sentence. I was being polite, I didn't want my boyfriend to call because he probably wouldn't have been. And yet the disrespectful tone I wanted to avoid still showed up in my phone call, it just happened to be coming from the other side.Hopefully I'll be able to delete mostly all of this if I can get someone to help me but I also hope this review will help people know not to expect much from this place. And if anyone else has complained against this girl I hope she gets fired idk her name but it seemed like she's probably like that with everybody so I wouldn't be surprised if someone else knows who I'm talking about.Olivia.M
