      On March 15, 2024 my Chevrolet Silverado 1500 was delivered to Fulton Transmission located at *****************************************************. After diagnosis I was told that it would need a new engine, I was initially quoted ***** total. I was also told it would be a two day job after purchasing the new engine and it actually ended up taking 12 days to complete after I purchased the engine. When I was told it was ready for pickup on April 10, 2024, Fulton Transmission then told me it was going to cost $400.00 more than I was originally quoted. I was told the increase of the price was due to foul spark plugs which is impossible because prior to the truck being delivered I personally changed all 8 of my spark plugs. I have receipts from the auto store of when I purchased the brand new spark plugs. After driving home I noticed the sensor psi system alerted me to check my tires. I noticed that my brand new rims and tires that I purchased in October 2023 had severe damage. I have pictures from the day prior to having it delivered to Fulton Transmission to prove the damage was not there. I also noticed there was grease all over my interior. My fuel tank was at a full tank when I had my truck delivered to Fulton and it was empty when I picked it up. I found change in my truck compartment and I never keep change which made me slightly suspicious that my truck may have been used for personal purposes.

      ***** at Fulton Auto Repair quoted me $4000 to replace my transmission in my 2017 ****** Altima. He said I could give him **** when I dropped off my car and the other **** when the car is finished. I had my car towed to his business and he charged my debit card **** on April 25,2023. He told me my car would be done in 1 week. Weeks went by I would call and ask if my car is ready. He would always give me an excuse. I called many times and would be lied to and hung up on. I was hung up on for the last time and came down to get my car on August 4,2023. I found the car in the back of his property with all windows rolled down. I had many scratches and dents all over my car that I did not have before. My car was abandoned and I was lied to for 3 months. ***** and his crew should not be running a business. They are not professional and dont follow through with their commitments. ***** refunded me ****. I finally received the money in my bank account. A few days later I see in my online banking that I am negative ****. I have spoken to ***** Fargo and I cant get a clear answer but they told me he charged my card on August 4th and then refunded and amount, but his refund did not go through. This man is a terrible faux business owner. I read reviews people have all said the same thing. I believe he discriminated against me because I am a woman and mother he knew I did not have a car for me and my kids in this 108 degree summer weather. I put in a complaint with my bank. I will be waiting to hear from someone with you organization. Thank you.

      At vehicle pick up on 11/22/21 the interior on driver side was filthy with grease and grime. Shop owner (******) attempted to address with solvent and dirty rag, only to smear grease and grim deeper into interior fabric. Damage to exterior driver front quarter panel observed and reported to shop owner prior at pick up. Shop owner claimed to have video cameras but refused to share video proof while having custody of vehicle. Transmission repairs to vehicle not made correctly with damage to transmission main bearing, passenger CV shaft, and transmission casing requiring replacement of transmission and passenger CV shaft from another repair shop (*******************). Retained all receipts with pictures and videos for proof of interior, exterior, CV shaft, and transmission damage incurred while vehicle was in Futon Auto Repair custody. Refer to Rogue-Video-Link.txt upload to view videos (https://tvidnow.com/JxF6Bcc).Seek $3860 in damages and be made whole. Damages include $860 Fulton invoice, $500 insurance deductible, and $2500 ****** EG repair invoice.
