I had attended safety center for an 18 month program and was making payments to the company monthly and was attending classes and I had finished all classes and gotten my certificate of completion and had my interlock device in for my required two years. When I went to the dmv to my surprise I was told I needed nearly 7 more months of the breathalyzer. I called DMV mandatory actions unit and was told that I had been dropped from the program at one point but re enrolled shortly after. By dropping me dmv requires I remove and reinstall the breathalyzer. I was never informed that they had dropped me and when I called to ask about it they said it was an error and they would send over a letter stating that it was a drop in error, they never did and upon time after time of me calling they would say they already sent it. I came in with my attorney the other day and was told no manager was available and they would call me. Now they have come up with a story of I was dropped for non payment which if that was the case I would have been charged a re enrollment fee no such fee exists and they then claimed because I am no longer a client they cant and wont be sending the letter to the dmv stating I was dropped in error. I will now have to get a breathalyzer installed again costing me over 1000 dollars for the interlock device for the period of time dmv is requiring for an error they wont own up to. I just want them to do what is right and this complaint would go away.Initial Complaint

I have been going back and forth with this business for over a year for a 6 month program! They have charged me ****** charges. They have given me absences when they did not send me the link needed. They with held a book I paid for in my tuition and never mentioned I was even to receive this. They have charged me for missed classes I was in the entire duration of the class as well as took the credit away for completing the class. They can never provide me with written charges an I have to ask several times for an email with the charges which I may have received one time if that. My computer was given a virus from their zoom on my last class an I had to restart it an reset ONLY my zoom passwords. I have reached out to a supervisor several times no one ever calls backInitial Complaint

I am being charged charges with no written explanation and no summary or detail of what these charges are. I have not ever received a written statement with a amount or due date and they keep adding charges to my account but I have not received any thing in writing. They are extorting money from me. I completed Dui class on 8/28/21 And the company said that they will submit the paper to Dmv and the court. I called Dmv to find out about my Drivers license and they said that they did not receive the certificate. I have called them almost 20 times today I left messages and even emailed with no feedback.O would like them to submit verification of completion to DMV and the courtInitial Complaint

On 12/15/2021, an employee named ***** (sp?) who was to lead the dui program classes started the class by telling the students / attendees that she was being fired and then proceeded to divulge company and trade secrets that should not be shared. Speaking very brash and harsh she continued to spread negativity and have triggering conversations with the individuals, most are alcoholics currently in programs. She intentionally and maliciously told the attendees to write complaints to both ******** and ******* facilities about how unhappy they would be since Safety Center fired her. She continued to encourage the attendees and rile them up. She also began to speak about how she was offered a permanent position but was being offered it less than what she believed she was worth. While and unfortunate event, we do not pay for these classes to hear about the personal and business decisions that are not pertaining to sobriety. She also allowed attendees to smoke on camera which is against the rules. Allowing unruly and dangerous conversations to take place is highly triggering and caused by husband to have a drink after being sober for a while.Today 12/16 I have been put on hold for 40 minutes and I have tried calling over 30 times to be able to resolve this issue, but they do not appear to care about their clients or the damage that they inflict. About a month ago I graduated from a DUI program I took at the safety center I also overpaid $130 and I am supposed to be receiving my certificate of completion plus a refund of $135 that I overpaid I have not received any phone calls any emails back I keep calling but I only get connected to a voicemail that is full I'm getting no response back to any of my messages or emails I went down there but they say that nobody can go there it's been over a month since I graduated this 6-month program and all I want to do is get the money that I'm owed and get my certificate that I paid for and spent 6 months of my time doing so I can get my license back but I cannot get in contact with anybody and I know people are short-handed but it's been over a monthInitial Complaint

I am currently taking court ordered classes at this center. And it is the most unprofessional group of people I have ever met. They have changed my counselor every time for months. They are charging people 35 dollars for missing a call from them from a anonymous number . They refuse to send me a cop of my contract and print out records of payments. I am at wits end with these people. And I intend to file suit for my illegal fees I’m being charged.
