I brought the used car on 02/13/24 for $12,000. Literally 3 Days Later both my headlights went out. I didn't notice till it was dark out and I couldn't see a thing. So I went back and told them and they don't want to fix anything. I kept going back and they said they would fix it if I bought the lights. I looked into how much it would cost for both lights and they $4,000 for both lights. I feel like they knew about the problem and still sold me the car. So I would have to deal with it. I'm sure they have done this to multiple people not just me. On top of the lights not working. My car is making a weird sound and the motor is smoking bad now. It smells like it is burning oil. I can't drive it with all the smoke that comes inside of the vents specially with my kids in the car. I haven't found out how much that is going to cost to fix. I thought i was buying a reliable car. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. That is why I am reporting them.Initial Complaint

in September I had applied for financing for a 2013 Audi a5 vin#*****************. listed on "cars.com" . The dealer "Autoamore". After I applied I was looking at the carfax and I Noticed that the vehicle had not past smog 2 months before it was listed for sale. I called "autoamore" informed them that I had applied for financing for the vehicle, and that the carfax says that it had not passed smog. I wanted to know if the issue had been addressed. The employee at "autoamore" said she would ask and call me back. She never did. I then went to "cars,com" on 10/21/2023 thinking my application must have been rejected and I began searching again for another vehicle. I noticed that I had been approved financing but the vehicle was no longer listed. I sent "autoamore" an email, I thought it was no longer listed because I was the buyer, that was not the reason. Knowing that financing is good for approximately 60 days I chose another vehicle at "autoamore". I was informed to fill out another application even though I was already approved and I was told the financing would be carried over. I submitted another app. and Because I believed I was approved financing I payed ****** that was to be applied to the purchase for a 2009 Audi A5 priced at ********. The dealer called and told me my application was rejected and I need a co signer. I got a cosigner, and that application was rejected. They said because my cosigner had not worked at his job long enough. So I got another cosigner he too was rejected they said because when they called my cosigner said he was not my cosigner. The dealer then informed me that they would not return my ****** because it was nonrefundable. I had given them the money only because my financing as approved. I feel Autoamore conducts business in a deceptive manner. and takes advantage of 1st time buyers.Initial Complaint

I purchased a car there on 09/02/2023, and within 4 days the car needed a new Hybrid Battery and the cost is $8k. I emailed/texted the dealer several times and they refused to fix the car. The car now is being fixed at the dealer and the manufacturer is paying 85%, I have asked the dealer to pay the other $1500 and they refuse. 2015 ******* Sonata Hybrid Stock#****Initial Complaint

Autoamore sold me a faulty car that needed multiple repairs upon taking it to a mechanic for several issues. Autoamore car dealership takes advantage of vulnerable populations with intellectual disabilities by misleading you as a client and handing over a carfax report that is innacurate and outdated as the car that I purchased from them has been in multiple accidents.Initial Complaint

Aug. 15 2022. I purchased a 2007 ***** Civic from AutoAmore and paid cash totaling $8255.48. The dealership has not followed through with the paper work. DMV records show that the vehicle is still in the previous owners name and that there has only been $15.00 paid towards beginning the transaction. I contacted AutoAmore twice in the past couple months asking when I should expect the title and registration to be completed, but have only received friendly sounding gestures that they will notify the proper back office person and take care of it. There has been no results. Cash Price of the car was $7289. and $538.24 tax Plus..They charged $85 for processing, $50 for emissions, $30 registration /transfer fee, $74.99 license fees , $100 title transfer, $8.25 state emissions cert. None of these tasks have been completed by the company.
