We bought a vehicle 11 months ago from **** auto and I have been dealing with issues getting it register** and paperwork. We bought the vehicle in February and its now December and we have yet to get stickers and registration since August and it was only temporary til August. We have reach** out to ********* many of times have text message to show and still nothing we went to pay our car payment like we do every month since getting this vehicle and we were told by the finance company our loan was dropp**!! Do to no inadequate information for almost a year now the loan company said they were done and didnt recommend talking to ********* because they have been getting the run around they had enough and dropp** us after several days of them trying to reach **** auto! Its not ok to be told this by our loan company and wasnt inform** by **** auto that this was even an issue! We then reach** out and ********* had an attitude with me and then said ** was going to call and never did then the next day we call** and she said he was going to call in the afternoon still nothing then at 7:20pm he calls and has a major attitude and was trying to blame it on *** taking no responsibility for their actions as a business owner and we said how can you sell a vehicle when there has been nothing but issues with *** and he says what do you want me to do the vehicle runs good!!! I dont care about the loan companies! It may take a few more months to get the *** figur** out! I cant believe he said only that! Its been 11 month already! Meanwhile I have stickers on my car from August! We are coming into ****! With a car I cant drive because its not register**! And not insur** now because the loan was dropp**! I am beyond upset! This is nothing I would have ever imagin** from a company we ask** for him to make it right and he had nothing other than he would find another loan company but might take several months thats not ok! I am done with this business and want legal action!Business response

The issue referenced in this complaint is in regards to a clerical error made at DMV at the original time of submitting the documents for transfer shortly after the customer purchased the vehicle. I have been working with DMV this entire time to get the issue rectified. DMV did issue stickers and registration and then later, a temporary tag so the customer may continue to use their vehicle. We maintained in consistent communication with the customer and kept them informed of the issue with DMV and that we were working on it. DMV accepted the documents we provided at the local office and agreed we have submitted everything needed to complete the transfer. Because of the initial clerical error when we first went to DMV, they (DMV) issued stickers and registration but needed to submit the documents to the corporate office of DMV. Once the documents get to corporate, they take months before they start working on the paperwork. This we have no control over. We received the paperwork back from corporate requesting additional information and took it to the local office right away. DMV would not issue stickers or a temporary extension in office if we had not provided everything they required. The customer became frustrated by the delay, which is understandable, but it was an issue with DMV and we have been doing everything in our power to help get it finalized as soon as possible.Initial Complaint

I purchased a car 07/29/2022, on 8/30/2022 my car stopped on the freeway while I was going 70 mph and my car completely stopped driving and wouldnt start back up , the bank that financed my loan have agreed to reverse the loan and clear it from my credit the dealer **** auto refused to return my money back to me and take the car back , the Owner refused to I have video evidence of him verbally saying this to me he has cussed at me using the f word calling me a liar.Business response

The last thing I ever want to hear is that a customer had an issue with their vehicle. The car was purchased "As-Is" and the customer signed the "As-Is" document. As stated by the customer, the vehicle was driven for over a month and over ***** miles. We have no way of knowing how the vehicle was treated or driven during that time. We do offer extended warranties and the customer chose not to go that route.
