I buy a truck two months-ego and they need to ********* the manual break, they call me ans say still waiting for the piece two months after and I *** get any calls plus they may me to buy a convertible catalyzer insurances they talk me is a law and i have to by for extra 1000.terrible business please ***'t buy for them they not good people they still you.

I went with a friend to Co-sign for a Qx-30 2017 that was advertised for $15,995 after reviewing the contract I saw that I was listed as buyer and she was listed as co-buyer I also noticed that the total payment including finance charge came up to $30,944.88 none of this was explained to us when asking for detail pricing ******* kept repeating that it would be emailed to us. I called to speak to ******* she passed me over to the financing manager who was very rude she stated that the reason why they listed me as buyer is because my friends interest rate would have been higher I told them if that was explained to us we wouldn't have agreed to it she cut me off and passed me to her finance manager who was rude he cut me off he spoke over me and he lied several time contradicting his other co workers he said if I brought the car back we wouldn't get the down payment he stated that it doesn't matter who the buyer or co-buyer is (which isn't true) he also hung up in my face it hasn't even been 24hrs since she got the car there were several things wrong with the car that they said they would fix and now I honestly don't feel comfortable going in there due to how hostile the conversation was over the phone taxing on $15000 plus on a used car is absurd with no explanation

I purchased a 2013 **** escape cash with less than ***** miles in July 2023 The vehicle has less that ***** miles and Today I am unable to drive the vehicle because the steering is locked. The vehicle was brought to **** for a diagnostic where I was told the vehicle is UNSAFE and should have NEVER been sold to me .The steering ******* *** pressure switch ,front and lower engine mounts and timing cover is leaking all need to be replaced resulting in over **** in repairs. **** said there is NO WAY these problems occurred over the 3 months that I owned it.I drive the vehicle to work and home only, it still has the plastic coverings from when it was purchased.Today we contacted the car dealership directly to try to remedy them selling an unsafe vehicle. The owner said we must have done something to the car and we just want to blame them because we dont want to pay for repairs and must have went over a speed bump and bring your lawyer ,cant wait for him to contact us cause Ill be ready to SLAM him The owner was rude and threatening while also saying and offered nothing Every other complaint listed here has the exact same issue, they are defrauding customers by selling unsafe vehicles and refusing to do anything about it while blaming customers
