I scheduled an appointment for bulky waste to be picked up Feb 2, 2023. They refused to pick up because someone parked their vehicle to close to the pile of bulky waste. I tried to call back but was left on hold for a very long time so then went online to reschedule. When I didn't receive a response back, I called again and got a hold of a woman (Haciena) that had stated I should have received an email with a reschedule for Mar 3, 2023. I explained to her I never received that email and she gave me the email she had at ******************* which is incorrect. At that time there was no mention there would be an additional charge - it was suppose to be a reschedule. I then received my utility bill and notice a bulky waste charge for $49.00. I have never had a pick at my house in the entire time I have lived there. And per the literature published on their site, you have a one time pick up free of charge. I called back and spoke to *******. He explained to me he would put in for a supervisor dispute and I should here back within 24-48hours. I never received a call back. I called again today Mar 3 and fortunately got the same representative as the time before *******. He said he had it on his agenda to call me back and the supervisor stated I would be responsible for the 2nd pick up. I explained again there was no services provided, no pick up and I sked to speak to the supervisor. He advised me that he was typing up a lengthy response to the supervisor in regards to the situation and was requesting a supervisor to call me back by Monday. How many other people are they getting away with this?
