Used their service of an online doctor to obtain a doctor's note for missing work on 9/22/21. At the time of the appointment, I was told that my insurance(Aetna Better Health of California Medi-cal) and there would be no charge for that day's service. 2 months later, I received a **** from **************** *** for $354 saying it was an office visit. I called Rocket Doctor to find out if this was them billing me, they said the work with Telemedicine365 and don't know why I was billed. I called my insurance carrier and they did not run my insurance that day. I asked to escalate it to a manager because I don't want $354 of a **** I shouldn't be paying go against my credit if it goes to collections. Reached out to Rocketdoctor several times over the phone. They have sent me a text message saying they're working on it and that they would call me. I have not heard from anybody and it's been almost a week.
