On 11/18/22 I came into Primetime Nutrition at ******************************* in **********. This is the store I normally go to. I was completely disrespected by the company's store manager *******. She told me I was an inconvenience to her because I was on the phone with my daughter's Dr. I even requested that she help the customer that came in after me 1st. She declined and insinuated that I should hurry up. She was extremely unprofessional and did not represent the Primetime company with care or respect. She hesitantly took my groceries to my car demanding that I grab my eggs and bread. I informed her that she would have to grab it because I had my 1-year daughter in my arms. She then became vexed. She tossed my eggs in my front seat causing them to crack. I was so upset and yet hurt because this is what customer service has come to. I reached out to her DM, ******, She apologized for the actions of her employee and offered me replacement eggs and 2 free promo items. This is where my issue should have ended. I called the store Saturday because I was going to grab veggies for my kids and I asked if she was there because if she wasn't I was going to go. Keep in mind I never said my name I just asked if she was there. She said "this is she" so I hung up and walked to my neighbors to see if she could take me to the primetime on 41st which is a lot further but to avoid conflict I was willing to do that. I get back home I have a missed call. Ms. ******* called me back and addressed me by name advising me to call her back. This is UNACCEPTABLE. This woman crossed referenced my phone number and called me back. And left a voicemail. I'm flabbergasted. I can't help but think she has my address too. She made sure to inform me that no disciplinary action outside of a conversation between her and the DM took place. I was pleased with the resolution the DM provided as she informed me the Human ************* would be notified. But I'm wondering if that even took place. I felt bullied.
