******** said that she assigned ******, their best installer, to install the system for us because our drywall needs to be patched up during the installation process. Thus, we signed the purchase agreement, which did not specify their return policy pertaining to us. We dismissed it because we really wanted to like them--huge mistake.On the installation day, ****** did not show up and his colleague covered him instead. After the covering installer was done with installation, we looked at the drywall patch--it was terrible.We had our water softener system and reverse osmosis for twenty days and still noticed water marks on our new shower glass walls and on our dishes in the dishwasher. We texted ******** to request a checkup. In addition, the ** system inconveniently takes up half the space, which we did not expected. We had our inspection/evaluation within 30 days from installation date. We told the inspector our dissatisfaction with the water softener system. He inspected the system and reported "soap scum", which didn't make sense because the "soap scum" doesn't come off with rubbing or Lime Away. In addition, our glass in the dishwasher has water marks--even with Rinse Aid. ******** came in, tested the water, and mentioned that if we are still unsatisfied with the system to request a refund. Thus, we requested refund. Of note, their website advertised, "if customers are dissatisfied with their Culligan product for ANY reason within 30 days of their purchase, Culligan will REMOVE the product and refund the purchase price." In other words, we needed to report dissatisfaction with their product within 30 days. This is exactly what we did, but *** denied our request. He said that we needed to request return within 30 days--which is different as advertised on their website. *************************, if you see this, we will not delete this review until you give us our full refund and remove both of products.
