The site claims they will help you repair your scooter if its within the warranty window which is 6 months. I have a scooter purchased through them in which they offered no help fixing. I now have a paperweight that costed me $1000. I will never do business through them again.Customer response

Where I asked for repair. They offered a repair for money but their website claim within warranty are free.Business response

He purchased a scooter for $999, and we refunded him over $90 to assist with an issue. While we're willing to help if there's a manufacturer's fault, in this case, the scooter's rim broke due to heavy weight or a road accident. We recommended replacing the rim to prevent further issues, but he didn't respond. If the problem was due to a manufacturing defect, DRIDER would cover the repair costs.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: the brought it up so I will go on and say their faulty deal where you get $100 off for being a new customer didnt work and they didnt refund me the full $100. This is due to a manufacturing issue, its known the rim is made with thin bendable metal. It should be covered under warranty. Theres been no crash. This dealership had been nothing but ******** the whole way through.
