I entered the dealership about 7:30 pm on a Friday in October of 2022. I was told before looking at vehicles I would need to have my credit ran in order to see what type of financing I would be available to. So as that was being done i went to lol at a ***** Silverado on the lot. Two hours later I was in a loan at 19 % and my old car was being taken as a $6000 trade in. I never got a chance to test drive the truck they knew I was only looking for a truck I was told that the silverado I was looking at was the only one I qualified for . So I was to return with the truck on the following Monday for a full tank of gas and detail and if I had any concerns to let service know then so it could be taken care of since I wasnt able to test drive I drove away from there at 10:30 pm the sales manager that stuck around to write me up was tired and ready to go home said it was as is . I wanted a warranty he was very irritated by that . Said no its as is . By the end of my signing documentation he said he would have my copies ready for me that Monday. When I came back well I tried making appointment with service to do an inspection on truck detail and gas fill up . I did report to them there was an alignment issue noticed on my drive home when I drove away from dealership with truck . Also brakes where very squeaky salesman said it was like that sometimes from sitting to long. Ive been trying. For months to have the issues resolved that wed. I sat at dealer ship for hours for them to say service looks great we dont do alignments here we are going to need you to call us for another appointment to bring it back and have it sent out to do the alignment. That took about 3 months to get through to someone. Also I was issued a free service every ten thousand miles which Im never able to get through to anyone on the service floor to book an appointment! So three days before Christmas they finally got me in for another service and I waited all day for the element to be done. But was told that the right arm had some play. Which I had no clue what that was and was told they be back a few days after Christmas Christmas came around so the New Years I constantly called and called and got nowhere. My truck does not run because it has issues with the steering and driving I am paying over so much of the car payment and its full coverage insurance and the registration wasnt paid for a full year when I purchased it I was it was given to me with, whatever was left on the whatever was paid on it not only that Ive been sent to collections for the registration on the vehicle I treated in and tried numerous times to get a hold of anybody in the finance department and still have not got any of my favorite financial paperwork to be able to turn in a release of liability paperwork on my car. So not only do I not have a working vehicle but Im in collection for a vehicle I no longer have! The dealership gives me the run around when ever I do get through to someone. I get told let me get with parts and will get right back to you the day goes by and when I call the next day that person is either sick or on vacation and will contact me when their back and none ever calls. Im disabled and stuck with out a car but paying $1000 a month for something that does not work because the tires that came in the truck are to wide and are damaging the upper and lower control arms. Ive yet to get notice on registration for new vehicle but was due two months ago so I went online and it $880 late fee well over 250 dollars! Im stuck with out a vehicle and now in collections for a vehicle I dont have. Please helpBusiness response

the general manager met with the customer, addressed her concerns. serviced her car and bought her new tires. per General Manager customer was happy when she left, and issue was resolved.
