I had my first appointment 09-21-2022, they requested my signature and said they could not get an estimate to me without me signing their paperwork. I told them I did not feel comfortable doing so since I was not sure I could use or afford to use them. They said not to worry that the paperwork was a formality and that they could get me a verified estimate after the insurance got back to them on what was covered. Because I told them I could not afford the 900+ they requested that day and that I could do it only if it was significantly less. They never got back to me, I called and they had no answer, I called again today and they told me it could be 800+ I then asked to cancel my appointment and they said I would have to pay 200 fee for cancelation because I signed the paperwork. They new from the get go that was the reason for the paperwork not because they wanted to help me in any way. I reminded the manager of our conversation and the fact that they never contacted me with new number and she said If i don't show there will be a 200 fee, even though it was their failure to contact me regarding the pricing and they failed to get that to me in time it was only because I kept calling that I was able to obtain the information. they new from the start at that price I would not have scheduled and I could not pay now they claim that because I signed the form I have to and they took no responsibility for failing to contact me in a timely manner or following up with my request. The office manager ***** could not give me the name of the owner of the company or the license number and said if I wanted to file a complaint I would have to do my own research and she would not help me.
