Hello, My name is ********* ***. My phone number is XXX XXX XXXX and my address is: **** ** ********* Lane ********** ** XXXXX I am almost 7 ****** pregnant and had a horrible experience with your ******** *********** Mixed ****** Ready to **** Washed salad. On Thursday ***** **** at ***** in the afternoon I ********* a salad from the ******** ******** I went home with my purchase. At about **** in the afternoon I started to prepare my salad at ***** I started to hand toss some of the ********** greens in my bowl in scoops. One ***** to my mouth to eat, and the other to my bowl as I normally do. I ******* a blue object at the bottom of the salad. I pulled it out and it appeared to be a dirty farmer's glove at the bottom of the salad. I was so disgusted and threw up and **** ********* I could not eat anything all day. I am almost 7 months pregnant and my pregnancy is high risk so this is very *********** In the evening I ******* ****** This is not normal for me at all. The next day my husband took me to the emergency room. The ****** ********** me meds for the ******** and ******* After the hospital, I went to ******* to file a complaint in person. One of the managers was in disbelief and she covered her mouth in shock when I showed her the glove in the salad. I have had sleepiness, nausea and feel like I can never eat a salad again. I worry for the health of my baby if I don't eat enough ******* This has been a very ************ *********** I was contacted my ******** Fresh Express and Fresh Express insurance company, ********** I have sent the glove as requested weeks ago. I have yet to receive any answers and I now have doctor bills from the incident that needs to be paid.Initial Complaint

DECEMBER 14, 2021 I purchased Fresh Express Twisted ****** ******* ****** salad from my local Walmart. *** of the contents were ******* The ****** date ******* on the bag was not for another 3 days. Fresh Express ********** that they have a ************ ******** On the same day I purchased the rotten salad, I went to their website and filled out a complaint form. I did not hear back. Approximately 1 week later I tried calling their consumer line, with no answer. I attempted calling again the next day. No answer. A few days later I sent them a message on Facebook detailing my issues and attempt at contact. I was left on read. Twice. With no response.
