I have 2013 Nissan Altima with bad headlights there was a lawsuit file on Nissan to get them replaced I've gone thru the whole process taken it in and approved back in April 20th 2022 since then they told it would be 2-3 weeks for all the part to get ordered till today 7/13/2022 still giving me the run around and I've been calling every week to get a update or ETA when the headlights will be in and they can't tell me when all they tell me is to keep calling. It's very dangerous driving this car at night and I need to drive it for work and it's either early morning or coming home late and the visibility is very low.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/07/26) */ Response to Case# ******* -***************** MY Nissan is aware of the this delay, unfortunately the backorder for the headlights are outside our control. This is a national recall campaign for over 1.2 Million vehicle owners on this particular campaign. The Headlight(s) were ordered on 4/21/22 form *** ********. Our Parts staff have kept ************ informed of the delay, he is 7th in line with our dealership of approximately 50 other customers awaiting these parts. Our Nissan staff is in contact daily with Nissan North America checking on status of orders placed. We will phone ************ when parts have been received. If any further questions are needed, please contact our Parts Manager, ************** or General Manager, **********************
