This dealership and it's sales people, managers, service centers advisors etc have all been fraudulent in their business dealings with me from the very start.Beginning with the initial promises regarding the sale, contact, extended warranty and initial buy with pre-existing mechanical issues and conditions that have been grossly ongoing to this present, along with the many fraudulent words of every lie committed in forcing me to purchase my presently used car contract with the supposed added on features and promises of actions that would occur over the course of a very short time, etc.The relentless initial barraging of persistent daily phone calls via this dealership agent for two ongoing weeks after applying to them and their continuous efforts of promising a deal for even my poorest of credit status, to the trade in of my very own paid for 2012 Volkswagen Passat vehicle void of any issues, and their fraudulent words of promise and guarantees against my many negative assertions of previous dealings with them on many other occasions to my dismay and discouragement everytime with their dishonest claims and relentlessly buggy promises to place EVERYONE AND ANYONE INTO A VEHICLE with nare a problem, only to end up discouraged and time consumed that they never could. Same promise again, it was, this time around, and once again I was lied to and saddled to a vehicle that at the start of the buy had and still has many various major pre-condition mechanical issues, as well as my own mother being forced to Co-sign on and my being literally muscled out of the whole entire deal being, and consequently selfishly elbowed into selling my one and only, fully owned 2012 Volkswagen Passat traded in vehicle for the deal, and nowhere on the contract being is my name anywhere. 4 more years to go & this car is still majorly mechanically issued. They lie and Im stuck with this lemon heap that will break down soon. Over $9000 Neg.Equity and stuck. Its only been 2 years. Why?Initial Complaint

I bought a vehicle with them in Jan 3 they rushed the whole process and didn't let me test drive it because it was too late didn't tell me the interest rate until the end then the next day on the 4 while taking my son to school it started making a noise so I went the next day to have it checked out or see what they could do they said nothing was wrong with it and told me to leave and if I wanted I could do a voluntary repo they were very rude unprofessional and told me if the check engine light wasn't on that it was fineBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/03/16) */ after receiving the BBB notification *************** one of our Sales Directors reached out to **** *******. the customer Came in to do a service on her car and *********** was able to speak with the customer and offered to buy back the car. ********** asked his wife if wanted to sell us back the car and she responded that she was not sure and wanted to think about it. *********** called customer again and ************ said she was going to come into the dealership that night but she never showed. after that date *********** has tried to reach out to her multiple times with no answer or response to voicemails. we believe the customer has decided to keep the car as she has not reached back out to us to buy the ar back from her.
