04/22/23 I finally arrived to the falsely advertised apartments they have listed. I would never agree to live in these type of conditions which are not Habitable, and the amenities that they stated the apartments came with such as specific countertops was completely false. Rhino is not utilized by the apartment they make you pay the deposit even though youre approved through Rhino. Also there are some safety risks and infection control with possible contamination risks with the apartments garbage container that then close range of the doors and windows of the apartment. Theyre definitely not within proper guidelines for safe practices to prevent rodents. I have Photos and a videos with the information.Initial Complaint

We were searching for an apartment and applied with Laurel Tree Apartments. They required a $500 application deposit that would be returned if we did not go forward. We found another place to live and immediately (3+ weeks ago) asked for our money back. They have gone around and around with texts and bogus email statements saying our money will be returned. They have not returned our money and we have no recourse but to report them as a shady business that takes money but does not return it. Please help us get our $500 back. Thank you. Consumer Response /* (2000, 14, 2022/09/07) */ The company, Laurel Tree Apartments, did finally return my deposit, although they held it for almost 30 days. Their service was adequate but slow.
