We literally waited for 20 minutes after we got seated and asked if someone would help us, the fat guy with glasses said "if you want you can dip too". Mind you, it was after we waited 5 minutes to get seated with nobody else waiting and numerous waiters walking past us without so much as a "hi" or "welcome". Came here for Sunday lunch and this place takes the cake for worst service I have ever gotten anywhere. If you don't want to work, you should have called out sick, but this response was so unprofessional. And by the looks of it, he seemed like he was somewhat important that he didn't care to act like this. Will definitely be looking into how to move this up the ladder, because I have the worst taste in my mouth after this experience. Please do yourself a favor, if you value basic customer service and to go somewhere where your time and patronage is valued, go to one of the many other Mexican foods in *******. I just recently moved here from the bay and have never seen anything like this. I posted about this in a moms of ******* group and got an OVERWHELMING amount of similar stories. As well as some private messages detailing even worse behavior from this place.
