            1/7/2020 Purchased tickets for a Toby Keith concert to take place July 2020. Concert was postponed to Sept and then again to July 2021 due to the pandemic. Once again is was postponed to July 2022. An option was given at that time for a refund if you didn't want to wait another year. Last week it was announced the concert has been cancelled due to Toby Keith cancer diagnosis. The e-mail received from the facility with the refund info & instructions states cash refunds will be done in person at the California Rodeo Salinas Ticket Office beginning Mon June 27 from 10-4:00. The tickets will be refunded in cash at face value plus $5.00 facility fee. All other ticket fees will not be refunded. I was charged a $45.00 "Convenience" fee for my tickets that is not being refunded. This cannot be legal? I should be refunded exactly the total amount I paid.
