They verbally promised delivery of vehicle on 11/28, then the driver called and said it would be delivered on 11/29. I told the the driver it was supposed to be delivered on 11/28 per my verbal agreement with direct auto. The driver then sent me a text saying "tomorrow or it will be in the pound". The driver threatened to dump my car in the "pound". The owner of direct auto told me "you're on your own". The text message is attached.Business response

We have no such customer as ************************* or anyone approximating it. This complaint is either misdirected at our company, or is intentionally fraudulent. Either way, we request the BBB completely remove it from our history.
That said ... man, that carrier was way overboard. That's no way to speak to a customer. But once again, this is NOT our order.
