I am dissatisfied with the unethical, discriminatory, humiliating behavior and lack of service received from branch Manager ***************************** of Enterprise Rental Car on December 19, 2023. I called Enterprise on this date to rent a vehicle due to being in an auto accident, I spoke to ******** initially over the phone as she had an extremely rude and condescending tone with me regarding my reservation code I was given from my insurance company, as she was stating that I was given the wrong code, and she would charge me the full deposit amount of $300. I then spoke to a reservation specialist, and she was able to take down my claim number and stated that I would be charged the insurance discounted rate of a deposit of $100. I then called ******** back with this information. ******** was very rude when I called back; therefore cutting me off when I spoke, speaking to me as if I was not educated and dumb. I then took an Uber to the location because it was going to close in an hour so that I could get the car before close. I spoke to an African American Rep at the front desk and asked her to call the reservation line that I spoke with whom stated I will receive the discount, and ******** intervened and stated, "Im refusing your business", and informed me that I need to leave, I then asked what did I do, she then stated, you are being rude to my Rep, I then stated, no Im asking a question and I informed her that she was extremely rude over the phone and all I did was ask a question. ******** embarrassed me in front of room full of customers, threatened to call the police, in which was inappropriate, and I was treated unjust and overall left with no rental car. She informed me that she was the branch Manager and had the attitude as if my complaint would be ignored when I asked for her information.This type of behavior from a Branch Manager such as herself was inappropriate, I was mishandled as a customer and treated unjust. I definitely want a call on a corporate level.
