On December 28 2022 I took my 2012 BMW to get a diagnostic for the check engine light. Upon getting information from the secretary she stated that my vehicle needed a fuel pump. Upon paying $1800 later it took many excuses and three months until my car was giving to me on April 18 2023. When retrieved my vehicle it had the check engine light off. I drove it half a mile to put fuel on it and started to jerk and shake at a stop light. When I left the gas station the light came back on and made whining sound so I called the shop and I took it in to get diagnosed. The secretary said that my car needed a valve cover job and it will cost me around $1200 to fix. I explained that my vehicle was in good condition when I left it on the shop three months ago and only needed the fuel pump replace. I also did found items missing from inside the engine and were told and responded they never touched the engine. This is unfair since my vehicle was in their premises for three months and several calls were made to find out of my vehicles update at least every week.
