Tinted 4 windows. Driver side window has debris /smudge. And front windshield also has debris in driving view. Contacted shop multiple times. 6/6/23 in person and many calls and again in person on 6/16/23. First they stated will give me a refund on Monday 6/19/23. Then another owner called and stated they won't and for me to not come on their premises or else. I explained the warranty. They continue to refuse. Asked for photos of proof. Offered to re drive back forth time to show it and they said not to come. I sent photos. They continue to rude and unprofessional and stating its not there.Business response

GOOD AFTERNOON,THE CUSTOMER IN QUESTION WAS ISSUED A FULL REFUND 06/19/2023 AND ALSO WAS ABLE TO KEEP THE TINT AS COMPENSATION FOR ANY TROUBLES.THIS MATTER IS CLOSED.Customer response
