Worst experience ever with the ****** location office! If you ever have mobile home, insurance needs, run from the *********************************************************** location. *******************, is who helped me and chose American modern to be the insurance company that would be providing the insurance. ************ fails to tell you that the first month and last months charges will be immediately taking out of your account before you even receive the policy. ************** did two policies, one for myself and one my mother. Before I could even relay to him, that I wanted her account to be separate from mine, the fees for the first and last month on her policy was also deducted from my account without me being foretold that this would happen, I shouldve known better to continue to deal with this person After this incident but I continued to trust in him. The next thing he told me is that he was going to cancel my policy that I had previously. Although he may have requested that to happen, it did not happen. So I was paying for insurance for my previous insurance even though ********************* told me that the policy would take affect after the old one was canceled. I had two transactions drafted out of my account for myself and my mother before I was given the opportunity to tell him that I wanted hers drafted out of her own bank account. I provided Mr. ******************* with my previous insurance information with ******************** When I received the 2 policies in the mail from American, modern insurance, the most important information, the serial number, and the make and model of the mobile homes to be insured were totally in accurate and a completely different make and model was listed along with a completely different serial number. I contacted American modern and asked them if that would be an issue if I had to make a claim and they told me it definitely would! Therefore, I have been trying to get my money back for a policy, that has never shown my home or my mothers home to be insured.
