Veronica’s Insurance has billboards all over Southern California advertising car insurance for as low as $15/mo. When I called and received an extremely high quote and asked about the advertisement rate, I was informed they don’t offer that rate and the agent apologized. This is an obvious case of false advertisement.Review from Irania M

Call your insurance provider directly instead of being serviced by Veronica’s insurance. - They wanted to charge me $100 because I was inquiring about a $7 past due payment. - I asked Veronica’s insurance to email me my paperwork again and the representative kept telling me she couldn’t do that. She told me it’s in my email inbox. - When I asked why they were charging me $100 the representative told me “they had to, otherwise, they can’t see anything in my account.” - When I inquired about why my insurance rate went up they refused to assist in explaining this until I paid them $100. I hung up the phone, called my insurance company directly and got this resolved in 20 minutes, no $100 fee. Just paid the $7. Do not work with Veronica’s Insurance.Review from Eddie G

This Veronicas Insurance is a Big Scam, For starters they never answer the phone, When they finally do they put on hold on for long periods at a time ( hoping that you give up and hang up. We agreed that they would run my card on the 4th of each month since I'm on SS.and get paid on the 3rd. Well they ran it on 1st which was declined so they just cancelled my insurance & expected me to start the process all over again.Review from Biri Z.

I strongly advise you to use a different broker for your insurance needs. I needed to change my insurance policy to increase my coverages and the agent that assisted me was short and rude to me. They charged me heavy fees for their services and it took them several days to finalize my policy because the agent "took some time off", after I already paid them for the policy. I was without insurance for close to a week because they canceled my insurance on the first day, but did not get my new policy for several days later. A month after I received my new policy, my license was suspended because they had misspelled my name in the insurance documentation, a fact I noticed before the policy was finalized and I asked them to correct but they said would "take several days" and that they needed to send the paperwork as is and correct it later for the deal to work. After the heavy fees they charged ($1,000), plus the $55 reinstatement fee I paid the DMV, I would of been better off finding a policy on my own. Absolutely worst experience with an insurance broker that cost me hundreds and could of potentially cost me thousands if something had happened.Review from Paola G

Worst auto insurance! They charged me for my policy today and never provided with my paperwork and insurance information.
