Customer: *************************** - To2L - OC Shingles Incident date: 11/8/2023 Notified date: 11/10/2023 Complaint: Damage for Light Fixture not Reimbursed We have contacted the company numerous times about reimbursement for our damaged light fixture, which occurred when their (H&S) contractor Beacon's delivery truck backed into our driveway to put materials on top of roof and hit our "area floodlight fixture".I submitted photos before and after of damaged light, as well as the receipts for the new replacement light and the labor, $154.34 total.Promises have been made for almost 2 months that the check was going/had gone into the mail. We have never received it.On 1/9/2024, I contacted H&S by phone to request another delivery method be used other than mail to reimburse us. ******** agreed and offered to ***** us or have an employee drop cash off to us. I provided him with my bank info. And he said he or **** would get back to me the same day to confirm which method would be used for delivery.As of 1/10/2024, there has been no Zelle deposit, no employee visit, or follow up phone call.We are demanding our reimbursement asap via Zelle.Business response

This check was sent on January 11th and cashed on January 16th. We had told the customer from the beginning that we would reeimburse her for this light fixture, and we did. I apologize that it took longer than she would have liked, but we needed to go through our internal processes to get the check out.
