installing the front upper control arms to find out they limit the upward travel by about 3 inches over stock due to the ball joint plate wants to come into contact with the stock Camaro control arm mounting bracket. I was going to just trim the stock bracket but at a closer look if I did that the next contact location would Be the back of the control arm Coming in contact with the bodyBusiness response

This is regards to 188***66. I first will give a little back ground on our company. We have been in
business for now 43 years. We manufacture suspension components for performance American cars
starting from 1955. This kit Mr. ***** purchased for his American muscle car has been sold since 1993. It
is used for street applications and racing mainly auto cross. When Mr. ***** called 8 months after his
purchase and stated the product didn’t fit and wanted a refund. We have a 90-day return policy.
Knowing that this kit has been successfully installed for years and continues to be installed on same
vehicle that Mr. ***** has. We asked Mr. ***** to provide pictures of the installed parts to make sure
he had them installed correctly. He did send in photos but not the photos we asked for. We needed to
see more of the entire suspension and the parts installed, rather than a close up of a part. The reason
why is the problem he indicated did not make sense considering we have a lot of experience with these
cars on and off the race track. Seeing what was on the car for suspension stock or not and how it was
assembled would have helped us provide an answer or at least make a decision on what to do including
refunding his money for the product. No additional photos have been sent.

To the BBBLooking at all the emails from Mr. ***** of which we have kept. No matter what, several months went by between communication based off of the email dates. Just short of 1 year. We wanted additional photos because it did not make sense why he was having a problem and by giving us a pulled back view of the suspension rather than super tight closeups we could see if the assemble was correct. Not to say Mr.***** was doing it wrong but we still have to come to the same conclusion. If the photos we asked for had been done and we seen that there really was a problem, this would have been handled without any question. To resolve this we will be glad to take the part back and issue a refund. Assuming the parts are not damaged based off Mr. ***** comments, this should not be a problem. We will issue a call tag for pickup of the parts and issue a refund after we receive and inspected them. Note: Damaged items can not be refunded.Thank you**** *******Global WestCustomer response

I would like to hold off until they receive the item that I am sending back and see if they keep to their word.
