We are sorry. She felt we were rude. She called about a wrecked car that the police towed for blocking a driveway. She was told she needed a release from the police in order to pick that car up. She also asked the charges on the car and was told that info. She was told that we Stopped doing releases at 4:30 pm and they didn't think she would make it in time as She was in Fresno that is in Northern Ca. 6 to 8 hrs. away. We have towed for the Police for 40 years with no problems. we try to be helpful she asked if her car was drive able and was told it was wrecked and we didn't know. that would be her call when she seen it. I don't know what else we could have done for her.
