      Brought in my Ioniq 5 for the recall and the 12v battery was determined to be bad. It has to be replaced but the advisor said it would take 2 weeks for 12v to be in stock. It has been a month and I contacted them multiple times, via chat, phone, and in person, and never got contacted back on estimate when they can get it in stock for replacement. My car is undriveable due to bad 12v battery and it has been sitting at home for weeks. They never offered for any loaner cars either. I just hope to get it replaced as soon as possible. It's extremely inconvenient with one less car.

      The company at this location, doesn't provide solutions to their customers those that already bought a product from them and needed to be fixed since it was defective

      BUYER BEWARE. Back in March, my nephew visited the dealership and found an ******* N that he wanted. He already knew about the chip shortage and being not the best time to buy a car. He spoke to salesman ******** who assured him the vehicle would be at MSRP with no additional markup. Since this was the first time purchasing a vehicle, his mom was concerned and asked me to go with him. We scheduled for the next weekend as i was coming from **********. I asked my nephew to keep checking on the price, and he was assured there were no changes. Anyways, we get to the showroom and saw the car, which was really nice. Upon checking the sticker, there was an added equipment on the list, amounting to about $4k on top of MSRP. I always hated dealing with car salesmen, with the haggling and all, but since we were already there, we made an offer, MSRP + 50% off the added equipment. ******** came back, but instead of giving yes or no to our offer, said that there was also $4K DEALER MARKUP. He said "HE DIDN'T KNOW." NOW WAS THIS AN HONEST MISTAKE? i would hate to think that it's false advertising to get people thru the door. We tried to negotiate on the dealer markup, but they would only do it on the added equipment. As we stood up to leave, ******** got his boss, *****, who came out and stated the same offer. We just kept walking.Before i drove to San Bruno, i shopped around as well to find any other places that had the vehicle for the same or better offer. ******************* from *************** Hyundai responded and had it for MSRP.Consequently, when we told this to ********, he kept asking us to confirm it was still on, so they could try and price-match it. Bear in mind, we did not come here for a price match but for what price they quoted IN PERSON.After we left the dealership, i contacted ******* again and ***** confirmed their offer was still good. My nephew went the next day and drove away with his new vehicle. I give 5 Stars to *************** Hyundai

      Hello,
      I am extremely disappointed to hear this from my staff.
      This is not the way ** expect our staff to treat customers at all. With ultra limited inventory vehicles such as the ********** ** only receive 1 or 2 per quarter. These vehicles are in such high demand that their values have skyrocketed. I apologize ** did not communicate this to better. The Sales representative that you mentioned was fairly new at the time ho**ver that is no excuse for customer satisfaction.

      Took my Palisades in for service today. Had 2 recalls, needed an oil change, tire rotation, air filter. Regular service. I asked to check the shocks as it's been riding a lot rougher the last few months and it's not as comfortable. Dropped off at 11:00. I called at 3:00 for an update. Was told to expect a call back. No call came so I just went there at 6:00 as that's what my invoice said was closing time. I get there and they closed at 5:30. Someone was still there and got me my car which had not been touched. Apparently they wanted to go on a test drive w/ me? How can a business operate like this? I'm out $30 in ride fees and two round trips all for nothing??? Really???
