    On January 24th I had an appointment at 3:30pm to have my hair done by Sandra Schineider. I wanted to get a blond hair and the first thing she asked me was how blond Id like to get. Ive showed her pictures of my own hair in the colour I desired, being VERY clear that I didnt want it to look too bright/white. She asked me to also show a picture of one of her jobs on her Instagram and I did, being clear about what I was expecting. Naturally, she did a test with my hair to see if it could handle the highlights. This test usually takes up to 40 min, so Id expect to have my service started at 4:10pm. Instead, it only started at 5pm. She did the highlights and as soon as she finished I told her I found it much brighter than I had asked. She understood what I meant, asked me to wash it at home and said I could come back another day to fix it (not mentioning shed charge me extra for it). In the next day, early in the morning, I texted her asking for the fix because I was desperate. My hair got all messed up, stained, too bright. Everybody around me at work noticed that too. She replied to me and charged me $80 to fix it. The highlight price I had paid on the Jan 24th was $250 + $25 tip, so I explained to her that the extra charge sounded unfair to me. I even sent her pictures + videos of my hair after what she did and of what I have asked for, and she was extremely rude to me and said Id have to pay extra, that this was my issue, etc. After that, she blocked my number. Besides the bad service she did, *** noticed that she had taken an unauthorised picture of me and shared on her Instagram.Now what Im expecting is at least to get my money back since besides damaging my hair, she destroyed many of my plans. I have plenty of screenshots, photos and videos Id be happy to share as evidence.
