    On 06/29/2023 (2 days ago) i purchased a 2020 Honda Accord from Victory Honda of San Bruno. the first incident happened within 24 hours. the key fob battery went dead and rendered the vehicle powerless for an hour until i went to local to my area (******* , **) Honda dealership who provided remedy. the next incident occurred 24 hours later, the vehicle stops while driving stating transmission and brake system failure via dashboard messages. as it was after hours, i had to have vehicle towed to my home. the next morning i called dealership i spoke with service department associate ***** who advised that i the purchaser would be responsible for getting the vehicle back for service department for review. I spoke with ****** regarding arbitration information. At which time he had no knowledge of this information and hung up abruptly without remedy to problem.

    Update: Left an email per ******* comment underneath my initial review. But per usual, companies love to have automatic responses but do not actually want to fix the problem. So let me add this to my one star review! Lengthy review but worth the read: It's taken me some time to write my review of this business due to me attempting to give them an opportunity to redeem themselves. But unfortunately, as arrogant and manipulative as car salesmen are, they failed and evaded any form of accountability for their actions that have placed me upside down in a car not even worth the price I was financed for. Upon my arrival, March 19th, 2023, I had come in based on an invitation I received in the mail. Keeping this brief, *****, ***** and their direct manager, showed me ONE car. They did not even give me any other vehicle to look at to stay within my budget. They pushed this car on me which I should've walked away right then and there but I failed myself in that part. ********, the finance manager, did not explain one sheet of paper to me, just kept pointing at where my signature was required. They had no policy of or grace ****** to offer me, to bring the vehicle back if I found any problems or simply just did not like it. Verbatim, ******** said, "once you drive this car off the lot you cannot return it." Over and over again I attempted to AT LEAST GET MY TIRES CHANGED AS THEY WERE ALL DIFFERENT TREADS AND BRANDS. Months later, my alignment went out and other tire shops have told me my car is not safe to drive. Upon my numerous attempts to correspond with this business to change all my tires and fix the alignment of this vehicle, I was constantly told, "you signed a paper that you bought the car as is. We are not obligated to do anything." Just absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I can't even believe I allowed myself to be treated this way and now in a financial crisis with a car I hate and isn't safe to drive. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. GO TO CARMAX.
