I sent a certified letter to the business about discontinuing services with Water Pro. According to the terms of the contract, Water Pro is supposed to come to my residence and remove the equipment that they installed. They have not done this. I have called them several times about this issue and there is no response.Initial Complaint

We have requested service for our Reverse Osmosis System and Home water softner. Filters have not been replaced in more than two years and water softner is not working. My first attempt to reach business was in November 2022. Left messages and they would not return calls. Finally sent email with out response.Initial Complaint

I have contacted Water Pro numerous times to have their water filtration system uninstalled from my home, however, they have failed to come out to uninstall it. In addition, I received an invoice for $150 that is now due, however, I am no longer using their product since January of 2024 and I do not feel I should pay for this invoice since I have requested an uninstallation many times to no avail. Following are the times I have communicated by phone with Bill from Water Pro and all he has told me was that he would send a message to the company's office but there hasn't been any response. He has informed me that there is nothing that he can do except to wait for someone from the office to handle this issue. January 24, 2024 at 4:29 pm, February 1, 2024 at 1:37 pm, February 7, 2024 at 11:31 am, March 23, 2024 at 11:58 am, April 3, 2024 at 1:20 pm. In addition, I sent an email on March 23, 2024 requesting that the equipment be uninstalled no later than March 30, 2024, however, there has been no response. All I need is for the equipment to be uninstalled from my home so that I can install my own water filtration system. I am currently having to purchase purified water and wasting money and damaging the ozone with all the plastic from the water bottles.
