I paid **** dollars to *****************, for a removable partial denture, upper jaw.He first made a flexible cheap plastic one, which I hated, popped out when I chewed, was painful, a tooth popped off it the first week. He agreed to make a metal framed one, as I had originally requested, but he talked me out of, saying I could back my truck over this one, the material was unbreakable. ( I've never had a partial break, in 30 years ) . I thought that was ridiculous, but whatever. So , he sent the mold of my upper jaw Only , off to LA, to make partial...including my old but well loved partial, for the designer to See what I liked .This one came back so painful, and awkward, I can't wear it. It has crazy clasps, that move my anchor tooth into looseness if I try and force myself to wear it. I've never had a partial not fit and work, from Day One .And I often had them done in medi cal clinics .*********** is rude and dismissive, suggesting the partials are great, but I am crazy.I went to ******************* DDS, ************************ yesterday, and he was amazed *********** would keep my money. The partial is a Failure. I can't wear it.I'm disabled, I make **** dollars a month. I live in SF.I had a small savings for teeth. He has taken money from a poor person, with nothing in return. I have said I want to give him both partials, return them, and get my money back.He says nope.My front teeth don't even touch, the fit is so bad. It's painful and just bad all around. He said he'd adjust it, but then refused when I agreed to try, with Deep misgivings ( he's sarcastic , cocky, suggesting that my knowledge of my mouth and teeth is just completely false ) I have written one email after another , trying to make him believe that this is Not Acceptable. Now ************* has verified this .************* was only consulted to try and get it adjusted, but he said it wasn't possible. He also said Wrought Wire clasps might replace the hard metal claws that are so horrible now.

      Hi

      I read it, finally.

I  disabled , so stress is very scary for me.

      Their letter is nonsense.

I was talked into the Flexibite.

A tooth popped off it RIGHT AWAY.

It also flexed when I ate, and popped out.

Believe me, I WANT THE PARTIAL TO WORK . EVEN JUST DECENTLY .

He made the one I originally requested.

      It's not just something I don't like.

      It is damaging my teeth.

It is incredibly painful to wear.

********************** looked at it a month ago, and agreed , it WAS NOT USABLE...and unsightly in mouth when I smiled .

He said this Dr **** should refund your money .

*********** adjusted it the day I got it.

No good. It was not usable.

They said in a certified letter I had One Month to adjust it.

I emailed 2 weeks later, stating I would try, have very little faith that something So Wrong could be hammered into someone I could use.

I've had 10 partials made in my life.

They have all been good on day one .

This is the first time I have had one that is unusable.

      I am disabled.

      I make 11 hundred dollars a month.

This is no joke to me.

It has even made me suicidal .

      I have not teeth.

It's very hard to function, smile , eat, without teeth.

      ***************************.

      ************ .
