This review is for *************************** , I had couple of services at her salon, and done by her, however; last visit I had her service on my hair, she damaged my hair and did not get the proper service I was suppose to get and I paid her full as per her request. I texted her after few days and told her my gray hair still not covered, and Brazilian Blow out did not make my hair straight and still curly and more damaged. she did not take it very well about my concerns and she tried to put more chemicals on my hair, and I had to stopped her. when I was not happy about service and told her, she was trying to find excuses for her work, and she tried to tell me that I do not understand because English is my second language and she was smirking at me the whole time. *************************** took all my money to do Brazilian and root cover for me, and when my friends pointed at me when they saw me that the back of my hair all are gray Plus my hair is dryer, fizzier and curlier than before. She damaged my hair by using cheap products. When I sent photo and attended personally in her ********* raised her voice and taken down at me, When I left her salon, I felt so insulted and feeling ashamed.

Im saddened to find that Ive been added to your list of professionals that youre unhappy with. I was apprehensive about doing any services on you due to the conversations ******* had about all the hairdressers that have ruined your hair. But you were polite (and persistent) & always left saying you absolutely LOVED your ********** were so happy you found a hairdresser that could solve your hair ***************** issues. Regarding your most current appt; Im sorry if my repeated explaining beforehand that a Brazilian Blowout was a SMOOTHING TREATMENT & not a straightening service fell on deaf ears. As you know (and I explained) my goal is to provide services that help you love your hair. When you reached out to let me know you didnt feel the service worked I immediately worked to accommodate an appt for you to come back so I could assess the situation but you werent willing to come back in for 3 weeks. After rewashing & having your hair dry naturally in the salon (only using a the leave in conditioner that is recommended by Brazilian Blowout), I was able to see & point out to you the much smoother hair, healthier condition and the increased shine your hair has, which was our goal. You insisted you wanted it to dry stick straight without doing anything to it or using any products. I continued to remind you that that is not what this service offers. I went on to explain that the follow up product matters tremendously to your investment. Im confused as to why you refused to accept the at home follow up products (the leave in conditioner made by Brazilian Blowout) that I tried to give you (AT NO COST). It just doesnt make sense. Also the picture you posted while home sick with the flu after being in bed for 2 days might have been better taken without showing the Dove hair products in your shower. Explains why you couldnt tell me what professional products you use at home. Once I responded to the appt requests you had submitted with a decline, thats when the negative reviews on ************ and BBB started flowing in from you. Im sorry that my business doesnt operate this way. We provide quality services and dont respond well to bullying. I wish you much luck in your quest to find a hairdresser that can accomplish your dreams.
