On May 22 2024, I purchased a necklace/pendant for my niece who became Worthy Advisor for her local Rainbow Girl Assembly. I also paid to have the item shipped overnight. Several emails have been sent with no response, I have also made several attempts to call, only to be met with a full voice mail every time. I have tried calling early in the morning, midafternoon and into the evenings with the same results. I want the product I paid for or I want my money back. I wanted to present this give to my niece for her installation in June and was robbed of this.Initial Complaint

Bought online Rotary Bell with engraving for $200. I tried calling but number goes to voicemail and no return calls. Tried 3 times but did could not leave a message tried sending an email but it was returned as not deliverable. After reading complaints, and no response, I am cancelling order and stopped payment on credit card. This business has horrible customer service. I do not trust them.Since they do not take calls or accept emails, I cannot do business with this companyInitial Complaint

I ordered a gold tie tack/lapel pin on-line off the company's website early in 2022. Product cost was $880. After about 3 months of waiting, I decided to call the company. I was able to talk to ****, the store owner. She was very unpleasant to talk to and became upset that I was asking when my product might arrive. She promised to get my product to me by May (when I needed it for an event). May arrived and I never received my product. I have called them many times since then and my calls always went to voice mail but the mailbox was full. I tried to e-mail also, never any replies. It is obvious that they do not want to talk to me or any other customer in the same situation. At this point, I would just like my money back. It is obvious that I will not receive the product that I ordered.Initial Complaint

I ordered my sounding block in ******** Still NO tracking #, no information about when it will be in, no email responses to the several emails I have sent, every time I call the number it goes to voicemail, which is always full. I can never get a hold of anyone who works here, or find out how to get my money back or get my sounding block.Initial Complaint

I placed an order at their website. I gave them my debit card information. They never shipped my product. I tried to call them and was sent to voice mail. 01/23/22 order a size 8, 10K gold, International Order of the ******* for ***** ******** *****) ring online from the ******** Jeweler catalog Catalog# R463, Price $164.00 and twenty ******* ***** blank note cards #HA-NOTE Price $10.95, shipping $12.95 Total $187.90. My credit card was charge $196.00 and some cents. I have received after about a month and several phone calls 45 note cards. but there was no ring in the box. After another call to Lindeburg I was informed it was shipped separately and would be coming.I have as of this date not received the ring or any update of the status of my order. I attempted to call but the voice mail is full. I have received no emails or phone call responses to my requests for updates. The last phone call was on 3/22/22 and it was supposedly being researched,but I have had no updated information.
