On January 10th, 2023 I paid $450 for two people to take the Introductory Pistol I (Handgun) - Firearm Safety and Fundamentals course. I canceled the class beforehand, but did not request a refund at the time as we intended to take the course in the future and thought it would be easier than getting a refund then paying again.After several months we decided to ask for a refund as we were not going to make it to the class any time soon. I believe the first call I made was on 6/23/2023 asking for a refund. Since then, I have called at least 5 times and texted twice but have yet to receive the refund.They have occasionally called back, texted back, or picked up and every time they said they would get me the refund, but as of August 1st I have yet to see it or receive confirmation that they have processed the refund.
