            I placed an online order for N95 masks and face ******* on/or about Jan.13, 2022. Planet Halo Health, https://www.planethalohealth.com, confirmed the order, #****, and charged my **** credit card for $104.89, on January 13, 2022. They said they would send shipping information. After seeing the charge on my credit card account, and having heard nothing from them for 8 days, I used their support link to ask for shipping information. On Jan.21, 2022, I received an automated, computer generated support ticket, #*****. It said the would be reviewed and that I would hear in ***** hours. Well after 48 hours, no response came. I have sent many more emails. All I get back is nothing, or another computer generated email, again saying the the matter would be reviewed. At this point, I want a cancellation of the order and an immediate refund, in the form of a credit for the total amount of $104.89, to my **** credit card account. I hope you can help so that I may avoid filing a more serious complaint with a federal government agency. Thank you.

            DO NOT ORDER FROM PLANET HALO. I ordered 20 boxes of masks, they only sent me one. When I tried to contact them they did not return my calls or emails. I finally got a hold of someone, they said to send a picture of what I got in the mail, which I did, and they never got back to me over and over again. Today I finally got someone to respond and they said that it had been past 30 days so they couldn't give me a refund, but they sent me 9 more boxes of masks before I could protest. I said I wanted a refund, not more masks. Even with sending 9 more boxes, I am still short 10 boxes of my original order of 20 boxes. They messed up my order, are non responsive, do not issue refunds even if they mess up over and over again, and will not be accountable for their errors. Bad Business.
