DO NOT ORDER FROM PLANET HALO. I ordered 20 boxes of masks, they only sent me one. When I tried to contact them they did not return my calls or emails. I finally got a hold of someone, they said to send a picture of what I got in the mail, which I did, and they never got back to me over and over again. Today I finally got someone to respond and they said that it had been past 30 days so they couldn't give me a refund, but they sent me 9 more boxes of masks before I could protest. I said I wanted a refund, not more masks. Even with sending 9 more boxes, I am still short 10 boxes of my original order of 20 boxes. They messed up my order, are non responsive, do not issue refunds even if they mess up over and over again, and will not be accountable for their errors. Bad Business.Review from Jeremy S

Im sincerely disappointed with the lack of customer service Ive received as a result of a stolen package from my stoop. They first requested video of the package being stolen, which no other company has ever requested when Ive been in a similar situation. I get that its not their fault the shipper didnt knock or ring the doorbell, but isnt that the purpose of insurance? Multiple emails have gone unanswered since my reply to the first inquiry.Review from Mary G

Company has been non-communicative about a large order placed and has not shipped the order or responded to an inquiry about a refund because the order is still not en route to me after 2 weeks of the order being placed. I have contacted them three times in the past week with no response.
