On March 1st, 2024 I withdrew money out of the *** at *************** in ***********,**. I was denied the money of $500 but the money was taken out of my checking account anyway. I reported it to the Casino and they gave me a number to call. I called the number and the complaint was processed on March 5th. I was told that I'd receive my money within 7-10 business days. I have not received my money and no one will get back to me letting me know when I can expect to receive my money. I did receive $50 on March 13th but have not received the rest.Initial Complaint

On 3/27/22 I attended an RV Show at the *********************** in *********, ** where this company Mobile Money has ATM machines. I attempted to take $200 out and the machine dispensed 2 ripped $20 bills and then got jammed and went out of service. The food court honored one of the bills, but the other $20 **** was ripped completely in half. I reached out to Mobile Money and was told that I would have $$ put back in my acct in 3-7 business days. Today is 4/7/22 and still no $$ put back in my acct. I've reached out to 2 different people there and no solution. In fact a lady named **** at their customer service number just flat out hung up on me because I told her I would report them to you if I didn't get my money back. I want my $20 back plus the $4.00 they're charging me for terminal fee. They're real quick to take the money out of my acct but I have to jump through hoops to get a refund when it was their faulty machine that caused the problem. I've also reported them to the *********************** office today after not getting a reply to a text I sent to a man named *** who was the 1st person I spoke to on 3/27/22 as soon as this happened. He had given me his number so that I could send him a picture of the bills and the receipt from the **** He has replied to my previous texts but has completely ignored me today. I'm having problems adding pictures to this report. If you'd like pics of my interactions with them along with the pics of ripped bills please email me at: ************************* I can send them to you via email. This may seem ***** to some, but with the high prices of fuel and everything else these days, $20 gets me some milk and bread for my family.
