      On 12/31/21, I had made a purchase through Affirm on MBenzGrams (AKA MBGRAM) website for a product in the amount of $612.00 (Order #*******). Shortly after my purchase, I reached out for an update on shipping, to which I was told it should be able to ship on 2-24-22 per manufacturer. Reached out again 2/26/22 for an update, and was told the product was still on special order nationwide and Im on the list due to ship 4/9 (April 9th, 2022) per manufacturer and was asked if Id like to keep it on order, to which I replied with yes, keep it on order. I reach out again on 3/31/22 and state Id like to cancel the order due to unforeseen circumstances and request a refund. ****** from Support responds and tells me they will process my cancellation and send a refund request to accounting, and that once approved, payment will post to my bank account in 7-10 days and I will receive email confirmation. I did receive email confirmation that my order was cancelled and refunded that same day and waited the 10 business days until reaching out again. On 4/11/22, I emailed Support again asking for an update and ****** stated Someone from accounting will check on your refund status and update you shortly. Since then, there has been no correspondence from anybody at the company who can tell me about my refund. I have been the only one reaching out to find out what is going and trying to resolve this. I have been fair and given them plenty of time to make this right. Other than ******, I have been told every time I reach out by *******************, *********, and ****** that Someone from accounting will check on my refund and update me shortly. I have tried to open a dispute with Affirm for this but was told since it was past the 120 day **** since purchase, I could not. I tried the process again last week and it seems to have worked. ****** says they are reaching out to the merchant and my dispute is processing. All I want is my money back, nothing more.

      I ordered a rim from this company. Its never got delivered and kept getting the run around. They said they would send a refund. They never did. Theres currently a court case against this company and a whole ************** of others getting scammed like me. They need to be shutdown and refund me. Provided I have screenshots of everything.

      I bought a product from this company. It didnt deliver when expected so I reached out. I was told it was on back order and they gave me a new date so I waited until that date and again it never arrived so I emailed again to which I got told it was still on back order. I waited a little longer until I got fed up and requested a refund and then the company stopped responding. Multiple emails were sent and still nothing

      I purchased nearly ****** worth of truck tires on a Black Friday sale of last year and havent received the tires or a refund. I have attempted to contact them 100s of times via. Email and phone calls and spent countless hours on hold to no avail.

      I bought a set of two tires from this company and made a loan through the affirm company for $732.44 for them. I was told they would be delivered within two weeks. It is nearly a year later and I do not have the tires or my money refunded. I have ask repeatedly and got the same form letterthey should be there within two weeks. They never answer the phone ! I just want my money back. I had to have tires so I bought them from another company for $800. I believe they are scammers.

      Order was place on march 12,2023 for $282. I was told the part was on back order and I confirmed this with the manufacturer of the part. It is now September 13 2023 and I have had 3 automated email responses saying the same thing every time and have had no luck getting in touch with anyone claiming to be customer service. The website is currently closed and takes you to a blank page to log in to the website. I cant even request for a refund at this point.

      I ordered ******** rear shock, absorbers for my **** truck. They charged my credit card three months later I started looking for a delivery time and a tracking number no one ever responded or got back to me. I requested in writing through their email, a cancellation and a full credit never received a response.

      I ordered an exhaust system for my car on march 24 of ******************* $826.50 . On the invoice it said that the order is "getting ready to be shipped" and that has been the same for the past 5 months now. I contacted them via email and even called the office but never got a response. Order number-**********. But I can't get the tracking number since their whole website is down now. There is a whole ************** of people dealing with the same thing which is how I learned about this website so hopefully we can get this right.

      I ordered a set of tire about a year ago(screen shot attached) and never received them. I contacted them and was told back order because of covid. Later I have tried to call and left messages with no response. I then emailed ***'s received a response in May that they would get to me and nothing(screen shot attached). I think I've been patient, now I just want my money back.
