      - On 8/21/2024 I confirmed hiring Allied Auto Transport to ship my ***** RX 350 from ********, ** to ***************** - Allied Auto Transport confirmed the job and dispatched the vehicle for scheduled pick up on 8/27/2024.- Driver from Great Silk Transportation Company picked up my vehicle on 8/27/2024 - The agreed upon delivery of the vehicle was 9/2/2024 - Customer paid ************************* Company $1695 to ship the car from ** to ** on 8/27/2024.- Vehicle has arrived on the East Coast - Great Silk Transportation Company will not deliver the vehicle and is holding it because they are stating that they have not received payment from Allied Auto Transport for other vehicle delivery. Allied Auto Transport is saying they do not pay Great Silk Transportation until they deliver the vehicle

      April 2024 - We had our autos transported from ******, ** to *******, ** as I was being relocated for a job. I picked up my vehicle on Thursday, May 2nd It was covered in a ton of dirt/mud (you will be able to verify this from the drivers video). I went to have it washed and when I got it home, I noticed speckles (looks like overspray) that didnt come off on the passenger side. After they could not remove at the car wash, I tried to at home to no avail. I also have video showing this issue compared to the drivers side that doesnt have them. I also have video from the pick up in ****** to show they were not there at the pickup. May 5th - I sent an email with photos documenting this. We never received a reply.As part of my onboarding I had to travel for two months but when I returned, I was able to get a professional quote.July 22 - I sent the quote of $3,500 of damages. And immediately received a reply saying they closed my case and "claimed" they had reached out but neither my husband or I received their email (verified it didn't go to junk)

      Got a quote to ship car. In mean time decided not to ship car. On quote says will not be charged until auto is assigned and picked up. Which was to be on ship first then to auto transport. Ship leaving around 23rd of February 2024. Below is 1 paragraph showing will not be charged until scheduled until DAY vehicle is picked up!Canceled on February 16th 2024. Have talked to ********************* on phoneed and he assured me they would credit back my money on charge card. So far have not and will not correspond with me about that now.This is from their web the next paragraph here.Remember there is no deposit for your move. We do all the leg work for you to be coordinated with the carrier and to set up your transport. You will not be charged until the day the vehicle is scheduled to get

      We just had 2 UTV's stolen off their double / triple brokered trucks - the day after they picked up - and their story is super shady, with no answers. They are operating and moving cars with ZERO INSURANCE / or ANY kind of DOT / FMCSA Authority - none. Your vehicle gets stolen, you're on your own. Zero coverage through Allied. Even though their Website SAYS they are fully Bonded and Insured, they're not. None. Look at their reviews - ALL KINDS OF THEFT over the years... DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! DO NOT USE ***** or any others there. They're super shady with a long history of thefts off their trucks, all kinds of shady responses to peoples complaints. No answers for us.

      This company did not pick up my vehicle as agreed upon. The company agreed to pick up the vehicle between Dec *****. When I called to ask about pickup they told me they could pick it up on the 30th. When I told them that they would have to pick it up from a different location on that date since I would be out of state, I provided them with the new address and alerted them that pickup would have to be before 8pm or the doorman would not be there to give them the car. I didnt hear anything on the 30th so I called and was told the driver would have to pick it up on the morning of Dec 31st. That morning, I did not hear from them. I called and was told that the driver was at the location, however, the driver was at the original location across town. The driver then told me that he would need to charge me an additional fee to go across town and pick up my car. At this point I canceled the transaction with the company due to their malfeasance and because I could not pay extra. On the morning of January 3rd I saw that the company withdrew the full amount of the fee, and then returned a portion of it. When I asked about this I was told that someone from their business department would call to give me an explanation. That was three days ago. Each time I call there is no one there in the business department according to their salespersons. I also have not received the phone call letting me know why there was only a partial refund. This company is a scam. I believe they do this to people all across the country.

      What a bunch of crooks! While transporting my vehicle across country they parked it illegally and in got stuck with an $85 ticket. ******************* said he would pay it and never did. Did I mention I had to drive over 100 miles to pick up my vehicle because they lost track of where it was and didn't know who had it. Then they forge my signature on the *** saying they delivered it. Be afraid of these guys. Very afraid!
