I am filing a complaint against Nex-Day Auto Transport, *** Operating As "ALLIED AUTO TRANSPORT" regarding my vehicle transport under booking R-************ . The company failed to deliver my vehicle to the agreed-upon location in ********, instead sending it to ******* FL without my consent.In addition, I never received crucial information that was promised, including the drivers name, location updates, and photos of my vehicle during transport. This lack of communication has exacerbated the situation, leaving me completely in the dark about my vehicles whereabouts and condition.I strongly believe this was not a mere oversight but a deliberate act by the company's owner, ************************* , to exploit my unfamiliarity with the vehicle transport process. Despite my attempts to resolve this issue, the company has shown no effort to correct their mistake or offer compensation.This situation has caused me significant stress, financial loss, and inconvenience. I request that Nex-Day Auto Transport, *** Operating As "ALLIED AUTO TRANSPORT" :Locates and delivers my vehicle to the correct destination at no additional cost.Compensates me for the inconvenience and any expenses incurred.Implements measures to prevent such issues from happening to other customers.Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.
