            Purchased remanufactured toner cartridges from them. When installed, my printer would not recognize them. I purchased a set of cartridges from Amazon, which work. I contacted Tonerworld customer service, but they have been giving me the run-around. I have asked for a postage label to return the cartridges, and a refund for the cost.

            12/28/21 I purchased a Brother laser Printer Model # HL-L52000DW from Toner World in 2020 and at the same time purchased a replacement Toner, a Compatible TN850. When I tried to replace the Toner, the Cartridge was about half the size as the one I removed and would not fit. I contacted Toner World and was advised that it had been over a year and they would not do anything for me about the wrong Cartridge. I assumed that when I purchased both from the same business I would not have any problems with the two matching but I was WRONG. I would not recommend dong business with these people. ******************
