            $400,000 has been paid to complete a construction job that is a year late with an endless stream of no-shows and excuses. My office, for example, was prepaid, paid in full, in May 2021. It is still not complete and it is a disaster at present. Noting but excuses.

            Terrible follow through. We moved into our house a year ago and the punch list is still outstanding. Claims financial hardship, asks for unearned checks then does not complete the work. Doesn't follow through on timelines. Nothing but excuses.

            This is not true whatsoever, Coastline Builders has not asked for moneys from homeowner for work not completed, homeowner owes Coastline Builders over $20,000 from original contract as well as for additional work that we performed that we were not paid for totaling somewhere in the range of $3000 to $4000. There has been long delays and due to Covid restrictions, Covid supply issues and personal medical issues we have not been able to meet his expectations we are still trying to making every effort to complete the items for him but he is frustrated with the long delays. We will continue to try and complete all remaining punch list items and bring this job to completion.

            This response is fantasy. I have the emails and texts. Every time money was asked for it was paid the same day or, at worst, in 24 hours. There was approx $500k paid perfectly on time. I even gave more money than he had earned because he claimed that he had cash flow problems. Kiss of death for a contractor. The covid delays are BS. Its labor thats needed not product. Anyone considering using him can call me personally or should look at the lawsuit about to be filed. I learned midway through our project another neighbor needed to get a lawyer involved to make Enzio finish. My office has been in shambles for a year. Enzio promised in Nov to finish in 30 days. Nothing happened. I informed him two months ago I was ready to ***. He asked for a second chance (in writing). Nothing happened. Parts of the work now have quality issues. He seems to think 100% of the **** should be paid before completion when he has shown nothing but laziness and excuses for 6 months. Its in writing. Call me. Save your money and time. Use another contractor. Feel free to examine the complaint I filed with the contractor licensing board.

            Also - to anyone brave enough to even consider using him, ask him for multiple references in One Ford Rd. Ask for at least 3. You are welcome to come to my house and see the crooked cabinets, with cracked paint, the unfinished projects the $7k cabinet in my bathroom that cant be opened because it was mis-measured and hits the toilet so cant open. The cabinets and install were paid in full nearly a year ago. I will show you the cancelled checks. Contract was signed in March 2021. Its May 2022. My office is unusable at the moment. The first 80% of the project goes fine. Once he cashes the big checks he loses interest in finishing and moves on.
