For the San Clemente location. I have been taking my shih tzu here for a little over a year and had a good experience despite some turnover of the groomers.Our dog hates going to the groomers so I book her the express 8:00 a.m. appointment time and pay extra for this special time slot. Today I parked the car and saw what I thought was a customer bringing in her 2 small dogs as this person left them unleashed at the front door while she was coming from the parking lot. She literally ran inside as I was ******* to get my dog inside (it was 8:10, I was running 10 minutes late thanks to my escape artist dog). Turns out this woman who I would not trust with my dog is a groomer I have not seen before. Once inside, she tells me since I was not there at 8:00 she went to the grocery store and I have missed my express appointment and it will be 3 to 4 hours for my dog as these other two dogs came in first. When in fact we actually came in at the same time, and why would you book 3 dogs for same appointment time. And if I had only been 5 minutes late, she would not have even been at the shop as she was at the grocery store and we actually walked in at the same time?! I tell her this isn't acceptable so we will be leaving. Owner followed up and had no concern regarding employees behavior.
