            I am currently being evicted from my apartment by the landlord ***************************** prefer much better when ***** was manager. ******* refuses to do anything about my carpet my apartment was flooded but the tenant upstairs and refused to change carpet refused to remove the mold in my restroom when I have asthma refused to change my tub when theres standing water in it , shes a complete psycho l****** b**** . She demands rent to be paid on time but refuses to update or fix anything in the apartment . New managers constantly not letting us to have parties in the courtyard or accept my pitbull new managers get upset because we throw beer bottles in the bushes or my family comes over and they smoke weed . Problems that dont matter at all . But ******* refuses to fix units . I think shes stealing funds from the owner ***** mentioned she makes bank being the third party .

            I have been renting at a Caris managed property for four years and appreciate their commitment to customer service and treating tenants fairly. My dad was failing and I was his primary care giver that caused me to lose work hours. During this time, they worked with me on my rent payments so I did not lose my apartment. I am very thankful to these guys.
