      I rented here and never received my deposit back I have been given the run around for the past 3 years about my deposit always being told it was on the way but never got it. I have email confirmation I was owed a deposit I never received.

      I, with my spouse and son, applied for college housing for 2022 at *********************** in *******, **. We paid the 250 application fee. After a month of hearing nothing, I contacted ******* at SV. She said that no 1 bedrooms were even available (the website was wrong) and that no manager had been onsite for over 3 months. She made some calls and agreed to refund the application fee, as it had not been run, no unit was actually available and with no management the place was not right for us. She also agreed to void the application and assured us that no credit check would be run and all supplied financial information would be deleted. 1 month later our credit was checked by them and no refund had yet to be received. I called again, very frustrated, I spoke to *******, who had zero answers. She gave the phone to her manager who apologized for her error and for running the check. He promised a quick resolution, stating that he would send a check within 15 days, as refunding to the bank card could take up to a month. He sent the attached refund notice. 45 days later, still no refund and no-one will return phone calls or emails.

      I have been living in the **** property owned by Nelson Brothers Property Management from August 2021 to present and my lease ends in July 2022. I pay $815 in rent per month, and an additional $130 for a parking pass in the building. The issues I have experienced while living here are astronomical, and the building management office and employees have been nothing short of dismissive and incompetent. A (non exhaustive) list of these issues can be found below:- Frequent internet outages lasting from 30 mins to days on end - Elevator issues such as all 4 of the buildings elevators being broken for more than a week, with no communication with residents about work to fix elevators - Recurring daily hot water outages - Lost packages - Lost letters - Lying to residents about fixing issues - Maintenance staff being unable to fix major issues in my apartment because the building management refuses to order the parts (dishwasher not working and flooding our apartment, not have a garbage disposal because ours broke and they did not have a replacement one, a toilet breaking every few days because they don't have the part to fully fix it)- A "shortage of doors" so they replaced a bedroom door with a closet door and the bedroom is unable to be locked - Providing non working key fobs, and being unable to fix them - Office staff being unresponsive when residents come into the office - Office staff being rude to residents when they are asking about problems - Cars being broken into in the garage - There being no safety measures for the parking garage (the gate has been broken since September and they have made no efforts to repair it, cars are frequently parked in non parking spots and block others in, cars are broken into and the office refuses to do anything to help)This is just a short list of some of the issues I have run into while living here, and the rent is astronomical for this building. I have found specific instances of them breaking our lease.

      Hello. My name is ***********************. I live at Hampton Ridge Apartments aka Nelson Partners student housing in the pool house basement apartment. ********* basement ***** **, *****. My office has had no manager for months now. They're supposed to include WIFI in our contract and it has been out for over a week. Also, my rent is 500$ a month and I have been paying 580$ because they said that they would include the utilities in that and that it was 40$ per person, making it for myself and for my son who has recently moved out. On top of that I have also been required to pay my upstairs neighbors my share of their utility **** which is split between all of us and then divided up to what our portion would be. No problem with that, but then I should have a credit on my account for all of the months I've paid the extra $80 and I don't. I have tried to speak to the "manager" about this and he is not responding to me at all. He will not call me back nor answer my texts. It's very frustrating

      Our daughter is living in an apartment owned by this company and we have been trying to contact them both by phone and email with no response. Starting this past Monday she came home to no water. After numerous attempts to contact them she found out the water was shut off for lack of payment. As the week has gone on still no response and this evening (Saturday July 24) she has a water leaking into her apartment from the one above hers. I have called them again tonight and talked to their answering service explaining our problem. I asked them to let me know and they said they would call back in 20 minutes. My next call will be to the police or fire departments as this is a total electric building and we all know how water and electric get along. We at this time would either get our problems rectified or released from our lease agreement.

      Nelson partners owes me $200+ in security deposit money back, and has been ducking my calls for months. The accountant leaves their voicemail full so they cannot be reached and every employee that promises to pass on my information doesnt. Im currently on hold and was told Id be getting my information taken down but its been 15 minutes since they put me on hold. I NEED MY MONEY PLEASE.
